My New Friend- Weenie

HAPPY HALLOWEEN~!

Today was suppose to be happening and I'm suppose to be IN my SEXY SCHOOL TEACHER outfit! But too bad, everyone's busy with their own activities and assignments, no Halloween party this year. :(

Thankfully, my sister reminded me of the voucher that I get from Red Box whereby I can get one head free of charge. So I went to The Curve Red Box and sang my heart with my sis! (she lost her voice after the karaoke)

That's when I get to know a new friend- Weenie. At first I thought Weenie was a quiet person which she only stare at people with her yellow L.E.D. eyes. But when I'm in the car while going back home and I realized, Weenie can actually sing!

I tell you, if I allow her to sing in car parks at night, or somewhere that has sound echoes and less people.... I think people will come up to me and slap me. It's scary seriously. HAHA. But other than that, she's actually kinda cute...... :)

This is my first attempt in doing a multiple-tracks recording. Don't get scared when you hear another voice in the clip. Hehe.

It's a bit messy when all the tracks blended together, some parts were out of tempo, and you'll hear my guitar pick dropped on the floor at the end, but I think it's kinda interesting cuz I'm like having my own band playing here! :Þ

I recalled my first ever presentation topic back in Diploma: The Ugly Side of Plastic Surgery, this lady was one of my celebrity example. Back at that time, her look was already super scary enough. (I remember the whole class went 'woah!' when the picture appeared in my presentation XD) As I browse through the net today, I bumped into her picture again and man..... she's looking scarier than ever!


And guess what..... she spent 2 million US dollar for this scary look. Eh, donate me 1% la come on, saving my poor life is so much better than having surgeries to have that kinda outcome, right?


I think this Saturday she no need to wear mask already. (Sorry! I know I'm bad! HAHAHAHA :Þ)

Author's name familiar? He's my love of all time..... the singer of Incubus. HAHA

The book is compiled with artwork, poetry, insights, reflections and ramblings and candid portraits. It also contains "self proclaimed artwork", pictures, poems and other material. Aaaaah~ Tempting tempting!! My heart was always melted by his wonderful and beautiful lyrics. Imagine if I own this book..... My life would be so much better!

I'm still looking for it. So far, the chances of getting it is so slim, especially within my budget of RM80. Dammit. :(

Hiccups

Hey, gonna talk about hiccups cuz it's common and I guess mostly people don't know how to handle it? Well yea, I don't know. And then I came across a short article about it, and uh.... yea, lemme just copy paste right here.


Hiccups occur when the diaphragm, the muscle that controls our breathing, becomes irritated and start to spasm and contract uncontrollably. With each contraction, air is pulled into the lungs very quickly, passes through the voice box, and then the epiglottis closes behind the rush of air, shaking the vocal chords, causing the "hic" sound. The irritation can be caused by rapid eating, emotional stress and even some diseases. The best cure? Breathing into a paper bag. This calms the diaphragm by increasing the amount of carbon dioxide in your bloodstream.


I think it's important for us to acknowledge the best cure. So, there you go! :)

This fella.... OMG!!! I think if I get to meet him in real person, I might kill him, cause his pattern tak habis habis!! I purposely choose the song that the radio doesn't play quite often as 'I Gotta Feeling' so that you guys don't get his contagious moves. The other day, I just watch the clip of him singing this song once, and then whenever I heard the radio play this song, it's automatically on replay, the whole clip was playing on my mind! Like.... somebody please PRESS STOP!! That's why nowadays I change station or rather off the radio when that song is playing.

You gotta watch his, seriously. Cause he's..... bizzare! Hey, he wrote his own songs too.

But worry not! I'm not that bad, it's Linkin Park's song now, which is funnier cause it's a rock song! Man, he's soooooo success in making an impression here!

For Those of You Who're Depressed....

Like me. Spent 4 hours re-doing one bloody same thing and ended up with different types of failures! FAIL FAIL FAIL!! Yish! Geram! Flash is seriously for those who're not only pertaining some sense of creativity, that someone must have A LOT of patience too.

Anyways, just wanna share something that brightens me up a lil' bit when I'm so stress out when I'm doing my Flash.

Think-Skinned

Me and my sis, we're kinda broke now, but we're craving for sushi. And my sis recalled on the cheapest plate on Sakae Sushi was RM1.90, but we had our budget in mind already- RM20++ per person, a slight control on what we're eating should be okay to reach that target.

When we're there, we realize there's quite a lot of RM1.90 dishes. So, I was like: 'Eh, since there're so many choices for RM1.90, I think we go for all RM1.90 wan la!' My sister agreed.

The RM1.90 plates are green in color.

FYI, Sakae Sushi doesn't display their green plates/cheapest sushi on the conveyer. So we have to order it through the monitor. And then we ended up ordering 7 green plates. Honestly, it's very satistying and we're full, and it tasted good!! Eventually, we only took one pink plate and others were the green ones.

Okay, now imagine this.... Me and my sister coincidently wore the same green blouse, and we took A LOT of the cheapest sushi's, means A LOT of green plates, and then at last we shared a green tea ice-cream together which was bloody damn green in color too. So the whole table at that time looks really really damn green and- green=cheap!! We looked so cheap!! The worst thing was, we were sitting at the table near the entrance and counter, where all the people must passby. All the people kept looking at our bloody GREEN table! AAAAaaaaargh~~!!!! Oh and the manager in suit, he looked at me and gave me the eyebrow-raise smile! Dammit.


Okay so here's the lesson for those who wanted to eat cheap sushi, oh, I still recommend Sakae Sushi:

1. Get a hidden table like the last one, or at the corner, some place where less people are passing by.

2. If possible, don't order them in one shot. One by one. Cuz when they serve it to you, they will come with A LOT of green plates and more people will notice you.

3. Don't look around, don't make eye-contact with people. Cuz you'll notice people do notice you and some people may give you the look.

3. DON'T WEAR GREEN CLOTHINGS! Seriously.

4. Be thick-skinned and you don't have to bother doing all of the above.



Oh if you ask how much is the total of our receipt tonight? 2 green-teas, 7 plates of sushi's, 1 tuna roll, 1 chilie salmon roll and one ice-cream- RM28.85. Not bad right? ;)

My Paradise

...... it's none other than my home in Taiping. :)


Although I was just back from there during Raya, (about 2 weeks already?) I still miss my home so bad bad bad badly.


Few days ago, I saw Rain (my Vietnamese classmate who happens to have a name translate literally as rain) update his FB, saying something about Taiping. And then I found out he was tripping at Taiping last weekend, and the best thing was... he looooooves it! Yay! HAHA!


He's staying in this hotel that started to operate only last month, facing exactly the Lake Garden, he said it was really really nice. Damn, my house was nearby too!! I'm so so homesick now. :(

Joanne came back from Singapore last week. She listed down the things she would like to do/eat/accomplish for her trip back this time. Basically, the listed things were almost all done (I think). But the funny thing was... she was back for one whole week, we were together in Taiping and then to PJ. But not even ONE single photo of us was taken. Weird weird weird....... Yea, I'm regretting that. We should've taken at least a pic la Jo!
