My uncle- Er Jiu.

Tomorrow, early in the morning, me and my brothers are going back to Butterworth to visit my uncle.

My uncle, he's one.... hmm.. rather unique type of person. He likes to argue with my grandpa. Whenever they fought over some small matters, it's damn scary wan k.... They yelled like the whole neighborhood only has one house, their house. But i knew, deep down, he's a loving person that loves my grandparents. Oh by the way, he's my mom's brother.

This uncle.... we call him Er Jiu, which means second uncle in mandarin. One of the greatest time during Chinese New Year is going back to see our grandparents at Butterworth, and of cuz.... to gamble with Er Jiu. There's one special room for us youngsters to hang out in that room and gamble with him. He's like the gamble king in our family. "Picture!" "Ang kong!" "Eh, we don't play study study wan k...." were the phrases that he always yelled during the game. It's actually really entertaining when we're gambling with him.. that's how we usually have our CNY atmosphere at Butterworth.

When it's not CNY, he knew that we were coming to Butterworth for a visit, he will ride his old bike out to grab us some of the nicest food in Butterworth. Rojak, kari mee, hokkien mee, jawa mee, tao sa pia...... Sometimes he will show off his highly-skilled fried lala for us, eh.. seriously nice wan k.

Er Jiu likes to rear fishes too. There's once I remember he was so into those lo han fish, bunga raya fish.... he told us sooooooooo much about fish. I like to stare at his aquarium and see those fishes ate the cacings.

Haha. I think I better stop making my readers become bored of my uncle's story. Anyways.... he's 50 something this year. Yesterday he was admitted to the hospital. My mom called my bro this morning: " Hey, Er Jiu go already." "Haaar...?" "Your Er Jiu aaaah.... go liao. Go liao ah.. understand?!"

My mom don't even know the proper way to tell us that Er Jiu passed away this morning.

Ya, tomorrow is the last time we're going to see him again. Lungs Cancer is the one that brought him apart from his friends and family and entering another world. It's so sudden that I don't even know how to react when my bro told me. I'm not sad. Or maybe I am... I don't know. Argh, it just came so sudden. I couldn't imagine or see how my grandpa reacts during the funeral.

The last words that we talked to him was: "Er Jiu.... next year! Next year we shall see.....!" (regarding the gambling) So I guess.... no more next year.

If you're smoking, my friends.... Try quit smoking la k? Try. It's good not only to you, but to the people around you too. If you're sick because of smoking, we as your friend or family will be sad for you. If we're sick cuz we're the second-hand smoker, you'll feel sad and guilty at the same time. It's only these two way round. Unless you don't smoke. Otherwise, no benefit for any party at all.

Okay. Appreciate your life people! See you next post! :)

Argh! Two Jeans walking around college!

Two Jeans la. Dua orang Jean. Not two pair of jeans.

Okay. One day at college... I met my buddy Joanne somewhere at the food stall.

Jo: Eh! Just now I saw someone.... I thought it was you you know! I almost call that girl... and when I look closely, I realized it was not you... Wow, nearly got myself into embarrassment.

Okay. Another day at college... attending Malaysian Studies class.

Fareeza: Jean! Look at that girl.... she looks like you!

Pet: Ya, seriously!

Marie: Yaaaaaa...

And then Kahyee heard the conversation, so she's checking it out too.

Kahyee: Eh ya! Look alike la!

That day after class, I met up with Joanne, and saw that girl who looks like me in the class. So I asked her...

Jo: Ah ya! That's the girl la! She looks like you man.... The other day I thought she was you.

Today, again in the Malaysian Studies class.... Chee Hang was just coming in the class to get something. Before he left... he turned and said to me:

Chee Hang: Eh, your sister ah that one? *pointing at that same girl again*

After that, I told Sushi... So, she's checking out too.

Sushi: Ya... look alike la. Especially when she smile.

And then I received a text from Tun, whose just sitting behind me... saying:

Hey Jean, you have a twin sister here? Hahaha....

When I kept asking him is it the Jean look-alike girl that he meant? Then I found out... actually it's not her, it's another girl cuz she's wearing stripes blouse like me today. Haha.

What the heck? How? Someone looks like me?!
Eh.. what if.. I snapped her secretly then post it up here and let you guys judge whether she looks like me or not.... want?

But I'm scared. Don't want la. Byeeee... have a nice weekend soon! ;)

Humming Lady

Yesterday night, my sis walked into my room... Very fast. Seriously.... I sat near the door, and with the door opened, I saw her walking very fasting... and started to react like really scared and ran into our room.

I saw this situation, my respond to it is slam the door shut as quickly as possible! Cuz.... you guys know what month it is right.....

Pom! * door shuts*

My sis: I heard some lady humming a song in my room.....
Me and my bro: You sure?
My sis: Ya... maybe it's from the unit above.
Me: Come, let's go and have a listen again.

So I went to the room with my sis and the voice is..... gone. I never heard of a lady humming songs at the middle of the night before la. Even it's at day.... none also. Hmm.. maybe she's not humming at the unit above us... she's humming outside the window. Wuuuuuuu~

The end.

Moral of the story: Sometimes it's good to act deaf.

Yes. This is Leisure Commerce Square, where I usually had my classes everyday.
Unfortunately today, a rare scene has occurred.
Fire.

Ya, maybe a lot of people are blogging about it now, cuz I saw a lot of people taking pictures. Why am I talking about it as well? Nothing special to talk about actually. Everyone just evacuate the building and lepak by the roadside. Guess I just don't want to waste the pictures that I snapped. A bit of chaos but it was eeeer..... fun? Choi! I don't know... but thank God for the minor fire, everything's fine. Me and the girls talk A LOT cuz we got nothing to do.

Anyways... it's nice to know... during this situation... people has been very caring to each other. My best buddy Joanne keeps on calling me and ask where am I and whether I'm at the safe place. This Marie and Petrina kept sms-ing people where were the safe places. Christy, Sushi, Kahyee and I stick together all the time. Although it's not some major tragedy or accident.. but... see... my friends are niceeeeeee.... haha! Love them. ;)

There's this lady kept telling us that the fire is under-control and everything is fine.
We waited for so long and it's 5pm... eh, going to jam soon at the LDP la.
So, ya.. me and the girls decided to just leave the place.

The end.

I have a strong feeling that Sushi will kill me soon.

Joanne Lim, you better stop laughing at my center parting hair.

Aight, see you guys around! :)

John Titor tipu.

He lied!

This is what John Titor said about the Olympics back in the year 2001:
"Sports are still enjoyed just as they are today. The Olympics are no longer played though due to various conflicts. The last Olympic Games took place in 2004 and may resume in 2040."

Beijing Olympic is happening right now....

Ring a bell anyone....?? I post about him earlier. This was the first post he had in his web site/ forum/ whatever.

Greetings. I am a time traveler from the year 2036. I am on my way home after getting an IBM 5100 computer system from the year 1975.

My "time" machine is a stationary mass, temporal displacement unit manufactured by General Electric. The unit is powered by two, top-spin, dual-positive singularities that produce a standard, off-set Tipler sinusoid.

I will be happy to post pictures of the unit.

Since it's the beginning of Casper's Month... Come, let's celebrate!

Okay, I have this friend of mine- Ah Neoh... She was playing around with the video cam mode. The night vision mode caught her attention and normally to us, it looks a bit scary in that mode. So, she decided to do a 'horror' video in that mode.

Caution: This video is not meant for the fainted heart peeps... cuz it's so NOT SCARY that you watch, you'll get a heart attack.

Okay, this next video is the parody version of that video that was made by my other friend- Weisoong. Enjoy.

Hmmm.... Good ol' days.

Mr Joker.
Come on, how could you not love him in Dark Knight?
He's evil but funny and cute in a way.
I like the scene when he walk out the hospital with that nurse costume on.

It's actually right after this scene.

I love him in Brokeback Mountain too.
I know I'm a behind the wheel to talk about him already, about his acting and his death...
But ya, I like him and he is seriously a good actor.
'Why so seeeerious-ssa?!'
Good one. Haha!

Okay, according to my dude Ykhiny.... Refering to the chinese calender, from today onwards until.... I don't know when.. It's Casper's birthday every night. So, he and his friends will party and celebrate all night long. So... just be careful if you're out night alright?

See you guys! And Happy Casper's Birthday!
